Shipping & Return Policy

Prices displayed on the website are inclusive of GST and shipping charges. Any customer, not residing in India, is liable to pay all other applicable taxes, custom duty (if any), and shipping charges.

We process and ship orders from our Navsari, Gujarat, India warehouse Monday through Saturday. Orders for shipping are usually fulfilled and shipped within 2-3 business days (Monday to Saturday) of purchase, unless otherwise noted. Processing time for custom/handmade and pre-order pieces may take longer, details of which can be found in the product description. You will be charged at the time the order is placed. When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

We currently offer secure one-step checkout via CCAvenue and PayPal for orders. Payment is accepted in US dollars & INR at the time of purchase.

We want you to love your jewelry. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we happily accept unworn merchandise with tags attached within 7 days of the ship date for a full credit for all qualifying orders.

Please note that we do not offer free shipping for returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping, duties, taxes and fees. We reserve the right to not accept a return and may require a re-stocking or repair fee if the item has been  damaged or worn. While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you & make sure your experience with us is positive.

Picked up a gratis item with a purchase that didn't work out? Be sure to send it back with your return, or your refund will be adjusted for the retail price of the gift.

RETURN SHIPPING PROCESS

We do not offer free shipping for returns.

To return your order, please include item in perfect & unused condition with original invoice, as well as any gift with purchase. You may choose the shipping carrier of your choice. Shipping and handling charges, as well as duties and fees, are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your refund. We are not responsible for lost return packages, and recommend you insure and track your package.

REFUNDS

You will receive an email notification from Gesture Jewelry when we receive and process your return. Please allow 20 business days for your return to be processed.

GEMS (POINTS)

Gem Points are not refundable. If you return an order, the Gem Points you earned on that order will be deducted from your account when your return is processed. If you already spent the points earned on the returned order, the money value that corresponds to the used points will be deducted from your total return.
